When we meditate we bring our awareness to one point. In seated meditation that one point can be an image, a sound or a sensation. In daily life that one point can be whatever we are experiencing right now. Simply stated meditation is being in the present moment. How often do we miss today because we are caught in the past or worrying about the future? Meditation helps us to let go of our worries and concerns and live in the only place we truly have an impact - wherever and with whomever we are with right now.

In addition Kristin enjoys sharing poetry, an expression of her heart and desire to help others overcome suffering and live happy lives.
