Ever since I was a teenager struggling to find happiness, I have wanted to help girls and women who have been victims of sexual abuse. It's natural to want to help those who have had similar challenges and faced a similar kind of pain as we have, yet my desire to help...

Then, about ten years ago I started sharing my experiences with teenage girls in a detention center. My goal was to give them hope and show them that no matter what had happened to them or what they may have done, they could live a happy life.
